Every effort will be made to conduct periodic monitoring of production applications to assess, suggest, and perform as needed upgrades and patches to ensure all systems are kept up to date and in working order. The client will be notified in advance of such maintenance activity. Some industry specific/third party applications may require technical training. In the event training is required and the training is not covered in the purchase of the application. It maybe necessary for the client to cover related expenses such as course fees and travel for Snow Tech Group.
